North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park

Nice sign huh? This is as far as we made it today. We purposely went miles out of our way to go in the North and out the West entrances to Yellowstone on our way home from Washington State to Utah. When we approached the Ranger at the Park entrance she told us the West Entrance was closed due to bridge work and the South entrance had fires which closed the north/south roads within the park. This meant we had to backtrack to Bozeman Wyoming (where we had started from 2 hours previously) and head south from there! Oh well that's what makes Vacations interesting huh?
